forgotten / need to change password

Reset your password

If you forget or need to change your password this is possible from the software.

IMPORTANT: Your password is case sensitive as well as your password.

To change your password:

• Open PlanUp.
• Tap login at the bottom right corner - you will need to log out if you are currently logged in.

• Enter the email address you log in with.
• Tap the Forgot your password? link - a message will appear informing you an email has been sent.
• When the email arrives it will look something like this:

• Tap on the link as indicated in the email.
• Follow the prompts in the web page that opens until complete.
• Your password has now been changed.
• Please remember that when you come to log in again your email address is case sensitive as well as your password.
