Windows Desktop / Laptop / Tablet

Any machine running the following operating systems should be fine to use PlanUp.

• Windows 10 (recommended), 11

Apple iPad / iPhone

• iOS 13 onwards on x64 iPads (e.g. iPad Air 2 / iPad 2 Mini onwards or iPad Pro)

Please note we would strongly recommend if purchasing an iPad/iPhone to get the latest model available, as with every new version of iOS and PlanUp some older devices may become non-compatible for reasons outside our control. Please contact us if you want us discuss further, or check if your device is compatible.

The device does not need WiFi or 3G / 4G internet access on-site to draw a floor plan, however if you want to send the plan back to your office you will need an internet connection.

When you do have access to the internet (WiFi or 3G / 4G), plans are automatically uploaded to your account.

We are currently working on version of PlanUp for Android devices, and we hope to release towards the end of 2021 / start of 2022.
